In a con­stant­ly chan­ging mar­ket envi­ron­ment with focus on cost reduc­tion, a new gene­ra­ti­on is reflec­ting on tra­di­tio­nal values. Dis­patchers need to be skil­led, tan­gi­ble and avail­ab­le for their cli­ents without the inter­face of cum­ber­so­me custo­mer ser­vice call cen­tres and long wai­ting times for information.

Qua­li­ty by Training
In many parts of the world the dual trai­ning sys­tem, which in Ger­ma­ny ser­ves as gua­ran­tor for qua­li­fied employees, is not known. Yet, work­force from Ger­ma­ny is known to be well-trai­ned, and the­re­fo­re appre­cia­ted. This is why at DML Mit­tel­stand­lo­gis­tik GmbH the good old IHK (Cham­ber of Indus­try and Com­mer­ce) trai­ning cer­ti­fi­ca­te is the mini­mum requi­re­ment for our employees befo­re they get in con­tact with our cli­ents and partners.
Regu­lar­ly recur­ring trai­nings and semi­nars are part of our com­pul­so­ry pro­gram. Our col­leagues have a clear pic­tu­re of what is expec­ted and can accord­in­gly deli­ver. You can rely on that!

The Name Says It All
When you are active in the logistic sec­tor, you do not necessa­ri­ly only encoun­ter the big ones. As a mat­ter of cour­se gene­ral and logistics mana­gers of medi­um size com­pa­nies have always been forced to lower their logistics costs and pro­vi­de relia­bi­li­ty as a mini­mum requi­re­ment. Howe­ver, more voices ask for more than just favoura­ble freight rates, on-time collec­tion and delivery.
It is more about mun­da­ne fea­tures such as fle­xi­bi­li­ty, good con­sul­ting ser­vices, fast infor­ma­ti­on flow or con­duct and man­ners. When custo­mers face chal­len­ges, they then need more than just “We do not have this in our sys­tem.” They need quick and strai­ght­for­ward sup­port and solu­ti­ons. The­se sets of skills have always dis­tin­guis­hed the Ger­man mid-size sec­tor and can­not be for­got­ten at the loa­ding bay. At this point DML Mit­tel­stands­lo­gis­tik GmbH forms a dif­fe­rence; a dif­fe­rence which is not prin­ted in an adver­ti­sing brochure.
